We want you to love every Brave Bugs piece — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

 Easy Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Returns are free for customers in Canada.

 

 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Reach out to us — we’ll gladly help with exchanges, subject to availability.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@bravebugs.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
